How Real Estate Agents Can Create a Month of Social Content With Claude

A simple Claude and Claude Design workflow for turning one trustworthy real estate source into a useful month of social content.

6 min read #claude#real-estate#small-business

Most real estate agents do not run out of things to say. They run out of time to turn what they know into finished posts.

You can keep nearly the entire workflow in Claude. Use a Claude Project to store your voice and approved reference material, use Claude to plan and write the campaign, and use Claude Design for static graphics. You only need to leave Claude to record or edit video and schedule the finished posts.

Here is a simple workflow you can repeat every month.

Step 1: create one real estate content project

Create a Claude Project called Real Estate Content and add:

  • Three to five posts that sound like you
  • A short audience and service-area description
  • Your logo, brand colors, fonts, and approved photos
  • Brokerage advertising requirements
  • A list of phrases you use and phrases you avoid
  • A blank source-note template

Do not add confidential client material or licensed data unless your brokerage has approved the tool and the specific use.

Step 2: choose one trustworthy source

Good source material includes:

  • Your notes from an approved local market report
  • Frequently asked buyer or seller questions
  • Verified facts and approved photos from a listing
  • An upcoming open house
  • A short video or voice note you created

Create a fact sheet with five to ten points. Add the date and source beside every statistic. Separate verified information from your personal observations.

AI should organize your information, not invent it.

Step 3: let Claude build the monthly plan

The main prompt at the end asks Claude to create twelve posts divided among buyers, sellers, the local market, and your work. It also asks Claude to choose the strongest format for each idea instead of forcing every topic into the same template.

Review the plan before asking for finished copy. Delete repetitive ideas, anything unsupported by the source, and anything you would not naturally discuss with a client.

Step 4: create the finished content package

Claude can turn the strongest ideas into:

  • Conversational captions
  • Five-slide carousels
  • 60-second talking-head scripts
  • Story prompts
  • Open-house reminders
  • Email versions of important updates

A useful campaign does not need thirty unique ideas. Four strong ideas adapted to the right formats, plus several lighter posts, can cover the month without sounding repetitive.

Step 5: create static assets in Claude Design

Open Claude Design and use the approved brand assets from your project. Ask it to create carousel slides, market-update graphics, listing announcements, open-house graphics, or title cards from the content package.

Claude Design lets you refine designs through conversation, inline comments, and direct canvas editing. Anthropic’s Claude Design guide explains the current workflow and export options.

If you already use Canva, you do not need to rebuild the designs manually. Claude can send a design to Canva, and the Canva connector for Claude can resize and export designs for common social formats. Canva is optional unless you need one of its templates, brand features, or handoff workflows.

Step 6: add the part AI cannot supply

Claude’s first draft may be polished but forgettable. Add details only you know:

  • A question a client asked this week
  • A specific local example
  • An observation from recent showings
  • Your honest explanation of what a change may mean
  • One practical next step

Read each draft aloud. If you would not say it to a client, rewrite it.

Step 7: review and publish

Before anything leaves your desk, check:

  • Every number, date, property feature, and source
  • Brokerage and licensing requirements
  • Permission to use each photo, logo, and piece of listing data
  • Fair Housing language and audience targeting
  • The final call to action
  • Captions generated by a video-editing tool

HUD states that the Fair Housing Act applies to advertising and prohibits discriminatory housing statements and practices. Its guidance on digital-platform advertising is worth reviewing with your broker or compliance lead.

Claude can create the plan, copy, scripts, and static designs. It does not replace your approval, and Claude Design does not currently serve as your social scheduler. Record and edit videos in the tool you already use, then schedule the approved content in Meta Business Suite or your preferred publishing tool.

One prompt to create the month

Add your verified source notes and approved brand material to your Claude Project. Then paste this prompt. If you run it inside Claude Design, it can also begin creating the static assets.

BUSINESS CONTEXT
Service area: [AREA]

Primary platforms: [INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN, OR OTHER]
Posting frequency: three posts per week
Tone: helpful, direct, local, and conversational

VERIFIED SOURCE NOTES
[PASTE NOTES WITH DATES AND SOURCES]

BEFORE DRAFTING:
1. List missing information, contradictions, and claims that require
   human verification.
2. Ask no more than five necessary questions. If the notes are sufficient,
   continue without questions.

CREATE:
1. A 12-post calendar:
   - three buyer education posts
   - three seller education posts
   - three local-market posts
   - three posts showing how I work
2. For every post: a hook, purpose, recommended format, source note, and
   publishing order.
3. A finished caption under 150 words for every post.
4. For the four strongest ideas:
   - a 60-second talking-head script
   - a five-slide carousel with no more than 12 words per slide
   - a short story or follow-up version
5. A visual brief for every static design. If this is running in Claude
Design, create the graphics with my approved logo, colors, fonts, and
images. Do not generate fake property photography.

RULES:
- Use only my notes. Never invent a statistic, property fact, quote,
  neighborhood claim, source, or prediction.
- Describe property and service facts, not preferred types of people.
- Avoid hype, pressure, excessive emojis, and phrases such as “dream
home,” “perfect for,” and “won't last.”
- Clearly label my opinions and observations.
- Flag anything that needs Fair Housing, licensing, MLS, brokerage, or
legal review. Do not claim that the content is compliant.
- Keep the writing natural and varied. Do not repeat the same opening or
call to action across the month.

FINISH WITH:
1. A source-check table for every factual public claim.
2. A human-review checklist.
3. A production list showing which posts need a photo, graphic, carousel,
   or recorded video.
4. A simple weekly publishing schedule.

That one prompt creates the working campaign. Your remaining jobs are to verify it, add your perspective, finish any video, and publish.
