Overview
Capital City Transportation provides party buses, Sprinter limos, and executive shuttles for groups across Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and the Triangle. I designed and built a complete website that turns a broad fleet and wide range of occasions into a clear, energetic booking experience.
The site combines vehicle discovery, passenger capacity, package information, service use cases, local expertise, and direct support in one cohesive system. It gives customers enough detail to compare their options while keeping the excitement of the event—not the logistics—at the center of the story.
The Challenge
Group transportation customers arrive with different plans, budgets, headcounts, and expectations. A wedding coordinator may prioritize timing and comfort, while a birthday group wants atmosphere and a corporate team needs professional service. The website had to make those choices understandable without turning the experience into a dense vehicle catalog.
It also needed to compete for high-intent local searches, establish trust quickly, and create a useful path from browsing to booking for both decisive customers and people who still need help choosing.
The Experience
Make the arrival feel like the product
The opening pairs a dramatic nighttime vehicle image with oversized typography and the line “Arrive like you mean it.” The site immediately positions transportation as part of the occasion rather than a utility that happens before it.
Organize the fleet around real decisions
Party buses, Sprinter limos, and executive shuttles are presented with distinct personalities, passenger ranges, photography, and direct routes to deeper fleet pages. Customers can quickly move from group size and desired atmosphere to the right category.
Serve celebrations and practical trips
Weddings, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, game days, corporate outings, airport transfers, and nights out each receive a clear place in the experience. The structure helps visitors recognize their plan while showing the range of the business.
Offer two paths to conversion
Customers ready to commit can view rates and book online. Those with a more complex itinerary can share their date, party size, occasion, and stops through a focused quote flow or call the team directly.
Build a local search foundation
Dedicated fleet and service architecture, Raleigh and Triangle copy, semantic page structure, local business data, and social metadata give the company a strong base for commercial search visibility without compromising the brand experience.

Why It Matters
A transportation website has to make logistics feel simple without making the service feel generic. Capital City now has a digital presence that captures the energy of its fleet, helps each customer find the right ride, and turns a complicated group plan into a clear next step.
