Overview
Back To The Start is a Coldplay tribute band built around an uplifting, full-scale live experience. I designed and developed the complete website to carry that energy beyond the stage and give fans, venues, and booking partners a focused place to experience the band.
The site brings the band’s story, live footage, tour dates, electronic press kit, audience signup, and booking contact into one visual system. It feels like the show while still making the next step obvious for every visitor.
The Challenge
A band website has to serve several audiences at once. Fans want dates, music, and a sense of the live experience. Talent buyers need a quick way to assess the act, review production information, and start a booking conversation. The band needs a home it can keep using as shows, media, and momentum grow.
The design had to create atmosphere without burying those practical jobs. Every section needed to feel expressive, load clearly, and move visitors toward seeing, following, or booking the band.
The Experience
The live show leads the story
Full-bleed performance photography, bold typography, saturated color, and motion-inspired details establish the mood immediately. The visual language draws from concert posters and stage lighting while keeping the page legible and direct.
Different visitors get clear paths
The homepage introduces the show and routes fans toward live dates and video. Booking calls to action stay visible, and the dedicated electronic press kit gives venue teams the band bio, live footage, promotional assets, production documents, and contact details in one place.
Real tools sit inside the brand
The site integrates live tour listings, an embedded performance reel, and email signup without making them feel like disconnected widgets. Each functional element is framed as part of the same experience.
The system works across screens
Responsive layouts preserve the scale and rhythm of the art direction on mobile, where fans are most likely to arrive from social posts or a venue listing. Navigation, media, and calls to action remain easy to use without flattening the personality of the site.

Why It Matters
The strongest music sites do more than hold information. They translate a feeling into action. Back To The Start now has a digital home that presents the scale of the show, helps fans find the next date, and gives booking partners what they need to move from interest to inquiry.
